Payment through ATM

   • Please insert your card
   • Enter your PIN
   • Select "other transaction"
   • Select "payment"
   • Select "next screen"
   • Select "Pay TV"
   • Select "INDOVSN/TOP/OKE/TREN"
   • Enter your 12 digit subscriber number (301xxxxxxxxx)
   • Confirmation screen, select “Yes” to continue
   • Transaction completed. Keep the payment slip for your payment reference
2. ATM BII
   
   • Please insert your card.
   • Select your language.
   • Enter your PIN.
   • Select "payment"
   • Select "other transaction"
   • Select TV Cable Transaction
   • Please insert code/name company “6401”
   • Enter your subscriber number
   • Enter the amount of payment
   • Select the account that is connected to the ATM card
   • Inquiry payment screen, if your data correct press “ IF YES”
   • Transaction completed. Keep the payment slip for your payment reference.
3. ATM Bank Danamon
   
   • Please insert your card
   • Please select your language
   • Please enter your pin
   • Promo screen, select Continue
   • Main menu, select Bill Payment menu
   • Select Others payment menu
   • List of Institution ID, select Continue (see institution ID - 003 Indovision)
   • Enter institution ID (003) and then select Correct
   • Enter customer ID and then select Correct
   • Enter transaction amount and then select Correct
   • Select account type, Saving or Checking
   • Confirmation screen, select Yes to continue
   • Select account number for ATM card which have multi account
   • Transaction complete. Keep the payment slip for your reference.
4. ATM BNI
   
   • Please insert your card
   • Please select your language
   • Please enter your pin
   • Select "Next transaction"
   • Select "bill payment"
   • Select "other payment"
   • Select "pay TV"
   • Select "INDOVSN/TOP/OKE/TREN"
   • Enter your INDOVISION consumer number
   • Confirmation screen, press yes for next transaction
   • Choose your account type
   • Your transaction is complete

   • Insert Your Consumer Number (12 digit)
   • insert payment amount
   • Confirmation data, if the data is correct press “Yes”

   • Choose Your Preferred Language
   • Insert Your PIN Number , and press “Next”
   • Press “Other Transaction”

   • Insert Your Indovision Subscription Number
   • Insert The Payment Amount
   • For Confirmation, Press “Proceed” or “Cancel”

   • Enter your consumer number, then press “Correct”
   • The ATM screen will show the confirmation of your payment, then choose no: 1 & press “Yes”

• Send your message to 3355
• You will receive payment confirmation & will be asked to send your PIN SMS Banking randomly
• Send your PIN SMS Banking message to 3355
• You will receive a payment notification by sms, soon after the transaction.

Payment Through Fund Transfer
All Indovision subscribers can settle their payments from any Bank to Citibank & Sinarmas Bank Virtual account with the following details:

1. Citibank Virtual Account
• Write down Indovision’s Virtual Account number (0618) followed by your Indovision’s subscriber number (301xxxxxxxxx) on the payment slip
• For your information:
  The Virtual Account contains 16 digits of number. The first four digits (0618) are Indovision’s Virtual Account numbers on Citibank and the next twelve digits (301xxxxxxxxx) are your Indovision’s customer number.
• Please remit funds into our account on Citigroup with following details:
  A/C Name: PT MNC SkyVision
  Bank Name: Citibank Bapindo Plaza Jakarta
  A/C No.: 0618 301XXXXXXXXX (0618, followed by your Indovision subscriber number)
  Amount: IDR ...,...,.. (fill in with the invoice amount)
2. Sinarmas Bank Virtual Account

   a. Fund transfer through Sinarmas Bank teller and or other banks: Please remit funds into our account in Sinarmas Bank with the following details: Bank Name: Bank Sinarmas Cabang KCU Thamrin Jakarta A/C No.: 8099 301XXXXXXXXX (8099, followed by your Indovision subscriber number) A/C Name: IDV QQ customer name without any punctuation
   b. Through ATM ALTO, ATM PRIMA & ATM BERSAMA by using transfer menu to: Sinarmas Bank Code : 153 A/C No. : 8099 301XXXXXXXXX (8099, followed by your Indovision subscriber number)

Direct Debit

      1. Credit Card (Visa, Master, AMEX, Diners and BCA Card)  

Indovision subscribers may send a written confirmation note containing a complete data of credit card (type, number and expiry date of the card also name of owner); a clear photocopy of the card; and send them by fax (021-5825440) or by email (callcentre@indovision.tv).

     2. Direct Debit to Savings (BNI, CIMB Niaga, Mega, Mandiri, BII, Bukopin, Danamon)

Indovision subscribers may send a letter of authority with an Rp 6,000,- formal seal (materai) regarding debitation of a bank account; complete with the bank account details and an ID photocopy. Debitation will start in approximately 1 month since the letter of authority has been received by Indovision.

Cash Payment
Indovision subscribers may settle their cash payments at POST OFFICES' branches which have ONLINE facilities

Internet Banking
Available through internet banking services provided by BCA, BII, Bank Mandiri
